Kenzie might be the perfect tweed yarn. It is a blend of 50% New Zealand Merino, 10% Angora, 10% Alpaca, 25% nylon, and 5% Silk Noils. The smooth, round 3-ply yarn knits into a cohesive fabric that blooms when wet blocked. There is just enough fuzziness from the angora but not so fuzzy that it will obscure stitch patterning. The weight is a DK or light worsted. Each 50 gram ball has approximately 160 yards. The gauge is listed at 20 stitches equals 4 inches on US 6-7 needles.
