Unused yarn in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 6 months of purchase. All shipping costs associated with the exchange must be payed for by the customer. Notice of the credit will be emailed to the customer via Yarn-fun.com. -
Please note that items purchased oniine cannot be exchanged or replaced through our store in Eureka, California.
Books, needles, patterns and accessories may not be exchanged but will be replaced if damaged in shipment. We will happily reimburse any shipping costs incurred when returning damaged merchandise, and will send replacement merchandise at no cost. Please include a description of the damage with your return.
