Rustling Leaves Beret

This lovely hat pattern from designer Alana Dakos and the new book "Coastal Knits" is a 3-season accessory. Since it's knit with a fingering weight yarn, it is light and versatile.  We've used Sincere Sheep's Agleam. The merino and tencel blend is the same one the pattern calls for.  The smooth yarn has a slight sheen that shows off the pretty leaves in the pattern perfectly. You'll need just one skein of yarn and size US 3 & US 2 16" circular needles. If you don't have "Coastal Knits" yet, you won't be sorry to buy it for this pattern. The book is full of wonderful sweaters, shawls and accessories.
